Tooth Gem, Teeth Whitening & Custom Grillz Policies

Payment Methods:

Smiles Syndicate accepts CASH and Zelle only. If prompted for a reason please use the “Other” option with no notes. You can download the Zelle app for free. Please make sure you have set it up properly before your appointment.

Appointments & Scheduling:

A deposit is required for all appointments, based on the service requested.

• A 50% deposit is required for custom grillz services, with the remaining 50% due on pickup.

•Early Arrivals /  Late Policy:

Please be on time, but please plan to be no more than 5 minutes early. If you arrive earlier than that please park and let me know.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule. This ensures we can maintain a timely schedule for all clients.

Confirmation Policy: I will confirm your appointment with you on the day of your scheduled service. If I do not receive a response within 30 minutes before your appointment, it will be canceled.

No-Show & Cancellations:

No-shows will forfeit their deposit. Please be respectful of our time and cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend.

Refunds

No refunds are available for whitenings, tooth gems, or custom grillz as they are made specifically to your specifications. Everyone whitens differently and some results are better than others. Before curing you have the opportunity to check the look of your tooth gems to insure you are happy with placement. Custom grillz are fitted to you and designed based on your instructions. If you have any questions or design requests, please ask at your impression appointment.

Rescheduling:

Rescheduling is allowed if you notify me within 24 hours of your appointment. If you miss an appointment or do not notify me in advance, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will need to place a new deposit to schedule a new time. If you reschedule more than once, a new deposit will be required.

Service Changes & Additions:

If you would like to add or modify any service after the initial booking, please inform me at least 48 hours before your appointment so I can make the necessary adjustments to your booking and prepare the required materials. For example, If you booked for a mini freestyle estimated at $150, I booked a certain amount of time out for you, if you end up changing your mind the day of, you will be billed the $150 even if you choose to just get a couple of gems. Please be respectful of my time.

Health & Safety:

If you are feeling unwell, have any active oral infections, or have recently had dental work, please reschedule your appointment. It is essential for your safety and the quality of the service provided.

Privacy & Confidentiality:

We respect your privacy. All personal and dental information shared with us will remain confidential and will only be used to ensure the best service possible.

Liability:

We work carefully facilitate each service to avoid risk and issues, that being said, you agree to release Smiles Syndicate and its associates from any liabilities due to damages, injury, allergic reaction or discomfort should any occur.

Additional Policies:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to these policies, who’s dental health is not sufficient for services, or behaves inappropriately during the appointment.
